We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address). If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com with your full name and order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of making your purchase. Please ensure the subject line of this email reads 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and provide your full name and order number, and our team will get back to you shortly.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Damages and issues
Every item is inspected after manufacturing, once again when it arrives in our warehouse and once again before it is shipped out. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that your package was shipped out in a damaged condition.
When receiving your delivery, please be sure to carefully inspect your package for any signs of mishandling in transit such as any indentations, holes, cuts, rips, tears or crushed corners prior to signing the delivery receipt. Receipt of damaged merchandise with no signs of mishandling on the exterior of the packaging is highly unlikely. However, if you do happen to notice any issues, please contact us immediately.
Digital photos of any damaged or defective merchandise, as well as the packaging, will be required for us to process a claim.

Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages or any address and order errors made by the customer.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be processed.
